One 20 ounce package of shredded hash browns (i used simply potatoes they are gluten free)
One cup shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
One roll of breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
Six eggs
One 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
