4 large tortillas (i used spinach wraps)
About 1/3 c. ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 c. finely shredded cabbage or salad greens
1/2 c. coarsely shredded carrots
4 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese (really, you only need a little)
