Ingredients

* 1 qt vanilla ice cream, softened (let it get almost to a liquid)
* 1 lb very soft butter
* 1lb brown sugar
* 1lb powdered sugar
* 2 tsp ground nutmeg
* 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Cream butter, sugars and spices. when they are thoroughly mixed, mix in the ice cream. pour mixture into a plastic container, seal, and freeze. you can keep this in the freezer for up to 3 months.
