2 1/2 lb veal ( beef, venison ) stew meat cubed
Seasoned flour ( add salt, pepper, paprika to flour )
3 tbs olive oil
1 onion diced
2 stalks celery diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 bay leaf
2 cups stock( vegetable, meat , or water )
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbs worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables thawed
2 large white potatoes cubed
1 large sweet potato cubed
