3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon zest
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Four 6 oz chilean sea bass fillets, skin removed
Moroccan spiced sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped canned or fresh tomatoes
