2 tablespoons extravagonzo roasted garlic culinary oil – the meyer lemon is also nice and you can also try this with the blood orange and red chili
1 tablespoon extravagonzo classic dark balsamic vinegar
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (preferably fresh grated)
1 tablespoon pine nuts (preferably toasted, could substitute other nuts of your choice)
